CCAA is a good alternative for companies if there is no other choice.  Its not a very good alternative if  P already has a back stop in form of W.  Wheaton runs the show now, they dont need to deal with bondies as long as they back P and their tiny revolver.  No one has to go to court or deal with monitor recomendations to judge or pay legal fees.  There is no incentive for P or W in CCAA, the same deals can be made outside that arena imo.  Besides,  mexico may actually really dig in if a CCAA is filed and W could really be hurt if they push the CCAA route.  There is plenty of time for court protection if P can not find gold, im betting now is not that time.   We will see

As far as the onerous stream.  No one really remembers P was actually making money with stream before they took on bf and all the other distractions. They were projecting record production at 1200 gold and that all stopped when tax issue hit.   I am still in the camp P has had no incentive to really ramp up production or explore or turn a profit with tax issue looming .  P has cut expenses at mine by 25% and supposedly more efficient now.  If they survive these extensions a turn around story may be in the making.  We will see
