He sold LXV. as a heavy insider without telling his colleagues - sold for .66 cents after the stock surged to .99 - didn't tell Mr Binns and Mr Edwards

He sold MZI at .04 earlier this year in 2017 before announcing a "pivot". Wrote a letter to shareholders saying it was for personal reasons then deleted it two days later

MLine NR with sales of 30K per month. Actual sales were about $400 per month. Lol
