Other Key Point

Other Key Point...in the court decsion: if the courts allow Aurora to buy that additional 5% of Cmed shares, which Cmed was trying to block. If court throws out (and I believe they will), Aurora will have locked up 41% minimum prior to a vote being cast. So if the Newstrike merger is voted down, this will be a successful takeover....just depends when. If so : hooray for shareholders of both companies.

PS - just saw someone come on this forum totally pimping Phivida, which I mentioned in 2 previous posts in less blatant pump fashion! Aurora is looking great, as is Canopy, and I believe Phivida, Emerald and Namaste, especially for those more interested in longterm - companies that in the not so far off future you will not have to monitor so closely and can just enjoy the ride for the most part. Since I posted on them at around 12:30 or so, they are all up, making me actually feel somewhat smart. Which I am not. Do you r homework as a few on here say, and I hope everyone makes spome money in this rare opportune time in Canadian business and the stock market.
