Canadian National Pharma Group Inc NEWS 22 DECEMBERISODIOL INTERNATIONAL (OTCMKTS:ISOLF) reported that it has finalized a Binding Agreement to buy 25% stake in Canadian National Pharma Group Inc., a pharma firm which is presently in the final stages of getting its Licensed Dealer status under the guidelines of the Canadian Controlled Drugs & Substances Act, in attempt to begin production of hemp and cannabis extracts or isolate. The deal, which requires complete exclusivity to company for use of the facility and license, comprises an alternative which offers company with rights of initial refusal in future offerings, and to extend its stake in CN Pharma to an overall controlling stake.
