In the event that the transaction does not occur, I would think that CMED stock could tank. What remains a mystery to me is why the Board seemingly has/is sitting on their hands. CMED clearly had first mover advantage in the space, management and the Board not being held accountable until now. Its defensable should they HAVE advocated a reasonable strategy, but Newstrike? Zero revenue; Zero license, the self declared advantage being ownership by a band who lost its prolific, incredibly decent lead singer, a tragic event to say the least.

This is business however, shareholders needing a return on invested capital who need to make a decision on who will better establish that. If your number is correct, its good to see that CMED shareholders are thoughfully considering this.
