Managment takes advantage of news or high volume to excercise warrants just as the “Retail” market does. There no different than your average share holder in that respect. Would have been nice to allow the share price a chance to move but with warrants expiring I can’t say I blame them.
So, when you exerciced warrants, you have no choice but to sell the shares ? I thought that the warrants gave you the right to buy stock at a certain price before it expires. I would not have been possible to the insider to buy the share before the warants expires and keep those shares to sell them at a higher price if they wanted to ? Sorry for these beginners questions and thank you for your help.
What you should be asking is if your an insider and have first hand knowledge of what’s to come, why would you sell a single share to make 2 cents profits if the future is so great. And to answer your question the answer is NO you don’t have to sell shares to buy warrants, Merry Christmas
