RE:RE:RE:MergerPeople have asked the company and ambiguity prevails. What I am trying to say is that the 50% gain to Bamm shareholders is fixed, regardless of wether you figure the offer is attached to the price of BAMM shares at the date of the offer or completion.A dollar offer or share offer is irrelevant. In the end,BAMM holders will gain 50% from the time of the offer.I don’t see that changing.Lets watch the trading price of BAMM in relation to TGIF.That will tell the story.I admit,as one who worked in the back offices of the industry for many years and was familiiar with many such offers, this one is a little confusing. The price of BAMM shares on Friday shows a 50% gain from the offer day,I think. If the 50% increase relates to the price of the offer day,BAMM will trade at the $1.80 range to the end.If the offer means the BAMM holders will gain from any increase of the value of TGIF to the end date, that will show in the price of BAMM as it trades. The problem is right now, nobody knows for sure and is trying to determine. That’s the reason for all of the posts.
