RE:No one is ever happy during the dilution phase of start upsThe difference here is that with CBW, the 'dilution' is part of their business plan - it isn't that they are running out of cash, like many companies who have to issue new shares. As long as every time CBW needs to do a PP they back it up with announcements like the one we got this week, I hope they need to raise more funds EVERY MONTH. Once they build up their partner network, it will pay off in spades, as they will be literally buried in MJ soon enough...

Much to my surprise this was one of the best private placements I have seen for a start up in the cannabis sector. The fact that they were able to do it at Thursday’s closing price was super impressive, so consideration was obviously given to the new announced JV when this deal was made which speaks to the strength and potential of this company. Full disclosure, I was only in this for an overnight trade so I was happy to sell at the open friday for a profit. I’m a chart buyer/trader so I will watch closely how this trend develops going into the new year. So far setting up nicely with resistence @ 1.65 and support @ 1.38. Will likely see a short consolidation phase before breaking through 1.65 into the $2 range.
