The Company owns 91% of AMA, and 100% of Infused MFG LLC Infused.

Merger

MergerI have to say,as a shareholder of TGIF only,and not BAMM,I’m not really concerned about the merger,as I believe it will all work out for all shareholders and believe the future of the united company will be positive,as long as unforeseen negative circumstances spare us any surprises.If you have traded stocks as long as I have,you know what I mean.To the future and think positive thoughts.
