The Company owns 91% of AMA, and 100% of Infused MFG LLC Infused.

I agree that without knowing the details it's tough for investors to know if it's a good move but I trust that the management of both companies will do their best to maximize share value of the combined company. I also believe that it's not advisable to trade one stock for the other as the LOI agreement may be sensitive to any material news of either company.
