Someone named Denis Bouchard sold 500k combined on the 18th and 19th. I can't find a current list, but assuming he might be on the board of directors. 

Doesn't worry me as everyone is entitled to make a profit, would concern me more if Boris or George were selling at this time. Only other selling was in November with Boris selling some shares to pay for exercising some cheap warrants.
