RE:RE:RE:RE:while it's quiet this night I did some research for fun :-)Stan Bharti bought 11.9 Millions shares adding to his already owned 7.29 Millions shares. This is excellent news.  Even if Georges sold a big chunk of his shares, it's still a large positive net purchase for AAB insiders and this is good!  It takes time to accumulates shares during stage 1 and during this time the shareprice will never get too crazy because active traders needs to accumulate shares without creating too much attention or raising the shareprice (because they didn't finish buying the stock!) Now we had the first breakout since a long time and entering stage 2 (after 0.20$ we will be free runner), there is many sign that's thing are changing. Technicaly and fundamentaly we have positive sign, so there is no doubt There's a shift of direction.  It could be many things, like takeover, reverse takeover, merger, new investment coming, new partner, major change in management, sign of support of AAB by insiders. AAB had many bad years and you can clearly see ot on the charts but look at it now, don't you see the change?

The breakout happened while the price was ABOVE the exp. moving average with significant volume.  In 2016 there was a breakout but the price was under the exp. moving average when it happened. So before the stock wasn't mature enough to sustain a stage 2 (advancing phase).  Now we have a healthy chart with a healthy company who has building value from last 2 financial report.

For a technical analysis trader, he doesn't care about news, doesn't care who is running the company,  doesn't care if the company makes money.....he only care about the chart! Why? Because the shareprice is set by demand and supply and the charts shows exactly that.  At bottom line, buy at a certain price and sell at higher price later and who cares about all the fundamental data....because at the end you want to make money and not fall in love with the stock :-)

I use both analysis but my main focus is about technical analysis. So at the end, my objective is making money, so all the story that people could say to scare people or to encourage people about a stock I don't really care because the charts is what a really care to make money.

Merry Christmas to all.

cheers
