The Company owns 91% of AMA, and 100% of Infused MFG LLC Infused.

on the contrary, I find it very interesting that even without Bamm's figures, Morningstar estimates the price at $ 1.54 Cdn (US $ 1.22) so the SP is undervalued and the purchase is even more interresting.
