The Company owns 91% of AMA, and 100% of Infused MFG LLC Infused.

My guess is either BAMM sales are increasing at about the same rate or they have elements of their strategy to receive the offer. I sold some of my other stocks to buy BAMM today so now I hold both TGIF and BAMM... covering all the bases.
