RE:ACB Request Rejected!

RE:ACB Request Rejected!
This haa to be the saddest, most pathetic press release yet by Cannimed. I mean really! Trying to paint the decision of the Regulators as a victory! Cannimed was denied every tool they have put forth to try and quash this takeover! In other words they lost miserably. And now they are directing shareholders to blindly follow them with rediculous instructions on which papers to sign and which to throw out.  It really is laughable! I don't really think ACB expected their request of a reduction to 35 days to go through in the first place. So they are probably not surprised at the outcome. At any rate, the vote on the Newstrike deal will really be a vote on the ACB takeover.
