RE:RE:RE:This news release smells fishy to meThey could have, but everyone who was buying thinking licensing was going to be announced any day was just informed by that NR that the facility needs to be completed first, which is now not until the end of january. People bought on the rumors, and sold, and will be selling, on that "bad" news.
