Pilot Plant Postponement

Pilot Plant Postponement
Hi all,

So I understand we are holding off on a pilot plant in order to establish patents on a battery with a different chemical makeup.

What are the new timelines? Not sure if I missed it somewhere but I don't think I understand clearly where we are at with this different battery. Do they need to study and figure out how to recycle it or do they just need to do the paperwork and submit it?  To me the delay in a plant tells me we don't exactly know how to recycle it. If so, this could push us back to 2020 before a plant is completed (pending no surprises about other battery chemistries that exist that we need to patent).

Not to pleased that this is suddenly dropped on us at the end of the year. I woulldn't want to do anything half ******** ; but at the same time, I don't like surprises.

This is one shareholder that is hoping for tangible news sometime soon.GL
