kidding. To me you two are like jackle and Hide. Yet you both make sense. 
The truth is likely somewhere in the middle and the value is in the operation. Not current cash flow. 
Cash flow is the risk and the reason for low value. Addressing the cash flow will allow evaluation of the operation (ie sale) at hopefully near fair price.
