RE:RE:PHM and Delayed VMD shares deposit

I agree there may not be any conspiracy but now when all the shares transfer/creation is electronic, once the split was approved by court, it just take a click to create VMD shares in thr ratio of 1:10 of PHM shares. No 3-5 days required.
