RE:RE:RE:Eldon Heck...can any insiders shed light on this guy? Also, in their recent presentation the company alluded to "international opportunies" for the tool rental biz. Hoping this guy wasnt hired in order to expand into overseas markets and have another "Columbia" disaster on our hands.
With the succesful result of the patent ruling, why have they not renegotiated their credit facilities in order to remove the covenants which restrict dividends? How about a stock buyback? Not including CWC(which has an absolutely untenable ownership structure), ESN is by far the cheapest services company using any valuation metric. It's time for this do-nothing BOD to perrform their fiduciary responsibility for shareholders.
