I think you are confusing the 3q bv of primero at 172 million with san dimas mine interest value currently listed at 236 million.  I have my doubts about latest sd value in relation to possible offers received  because its not currently listed as an asset for sale and therefore management has more flexibility with value imo.  We will see.
