RE:time for action @takebacktos Oh man, you are a cynic after my own heart! After railing about the quality of management for so long as have others, all I can say is "I can't agree with you more." Unfortunately, I can do little more now than say, "have at it!" as I no longer have a share to vote. It has been an extremely long and painful process to unload my sizable position as EVERY SINGLE TIME that I tried to sell shares, the very scant handful of buyers would lower their bids.
Did I lose money on TOS? absolutely not. I made substantial gains but over the last year, the stock price and management have done NOTHING, and the longer they do nothing, the lower my annualized return! Sure, I could wait around for the eventual buyout but why? TSO3 is not the only stock on the stock market, there are many others where management has skin in the game and teams that convey accurate and concise information and don't spen a lot of time blowing smoke up everyone's....
I view investments as employees, and of all the employees i have TOS has been the slacker. TOS has been the lazy weed toking, crack pipe smoking, glue huffing teenager showing up to work everyday and doing nothing but high fiving his slacker friends, as he grifts away my profits. I have hired a new employee, I think the odds are in my favor to double my money by the end of 2018.
Good luck to all the longs who are staying, I am sure you will eventually get a payout, I have no doubt but I am DONE.
In my opinion, there will be a change in management by 2019 if things don't get turned around in a big way.
@echo No offense man. You have offered brilliant insights on TOS but this new hire? Not going to cut IMHO. They needed a business and marketing shark, not Julie Andrews strolling across the hills of Austria singing "The hills are alive with the sound of music..."
