It's an option they are considering - Read the MD&A. However, their debt had zero interest on it until Sept 2020. Whats the rush? They have a solid two years + to decide if they need to go that route. If they lock in some big contracts before that, they won't need to raise funds to pay off debt.  Even if they do, they can do it at a much higher price.
