The assumption that an operation is the ultimate de-risk and should have the highest premium.
The economics should override all of that.

MPVD may not pay a dividend for 5 or 6 years based on the current 8% loan. That only leaves 4 to 5 years of LOM to reward the shareholders.

SWY is still waiting on uncrushed big diamonds.

I believe both have failed significantly in the Payback year column. 
With short mine life's...that is not a good thing.

De Beers officially put Snap Lake on closed status and is preparing for the final close out costs through to 2019.
