New Target for Isol?

New Target for Isol?I noticed back on the 22nd there was a target price set at $2.59 US --> $3.30 CDN.

I was just wondering your thoughts on the impact that the new round of financing would have on this "target"?

My thinking was that $3.3/share * 253.85M shares o/s = $837,705,000 Target Market Cap

New round of financing = 8,080,000 units comprised of 1 common share + warrant to purchase 1 CS at $2 which then comprises 16,160,000 common shares if all warrants are excercised.

Therefore I figured:
Target Market Cap $837,705,000 / (253.85M shares o/s + 16,160,000 new shares) = $3.1025

Still looks great but with a new round of financing that means ISOL will be pursuing new projects and will further increase the share price.

I'm a very young and very new investor (still in University) and just investing whatever extra cash I have on hand to try and get a feel for the markets and learn how to be a real investor so that when I have actual $$ to invest I will be prepared.

I've been in ISOL since mid November and see great potential in the company, it's management, and their products.

I also love seeing both the positive and negative views all of you have on the company. Gotta weed through the pumper/basher posts and there's find some great info on this board.

Thanks alot guys! Looking forward to your input! Do your DD/GLTA!
