youknowwhat

youknowwhatYour statement:

“AGC's graphite concentrate is expected to be quite amenable to secondary processing. Baxters comment. No scientific evidence to back up the claim for spherical coated graphite at $1555.00”

Looking into your former activities on the boards of FMS, SJL and GLK, I can see a certain familiarity of you with the graphite mining industry. You seem to know several persons affiliated with these companies and you do not hesitate to vent your opinions re these people in a mainly negative manner.

In the case of CSPG it is Don Baxter who gets your unwanted attention.

You apparently do not understand how the mining industry works. Maybe it penetrates to you if you carefully read the following:

Independent engineering firms AGP Mining Consultants Inc. and Metal Mining Consultants Inc. completed the Coosa Graphite Project Preliminary Economic Assessment technical report and are independent of the Company under NI 43-101 guidelines. The NI43-101 guidelines are very strict and guarantees that AGP’s conclusions are free of any influence from CSPG (f.i. any persons in the CSPG organisation).

Operating Costs (Life of Mine)

As the Coosa Graphite Project’s PEA is modeled on producing two finished (final) specialty, secondary processed graphite products - a coated spherical graphite product (CSPG) and a purified micronized flake graphite (PMG) product — the operating costs per ton (and per tonne) for the 27-year life of mine (LOM) are blended and presented below. Operating costs per ton (and per tonne) include mining, milling and floatation, general and administrative expenses, filter cake transport, and purification.
Cost Per Ton: Mine, Process and Admin Cost $1,410 ($1,555 per tonne). All dollar amounts are based in U.S. currency.
Selling Price >99.95% Cg CSPG (15µ) 75% $8,165 per ton ($9,000 per tonne) .

AGP generated these facts and also checked the processes amongst them the purification process.

You cast doubts about these facts and try to pin this down on Baxter. Why don’t you try to overcome your animosity towards him if you have any? Don Baxter only repeated statements and conclusions from the PEA made by others. Remember, it is Don Baxter who is a main contributor to the final products of CSPG,
