RE:H.R. 520 as posted on the gov site lists zero minerals. It’s the “bill” you referenced, not me. That’s all. Kind of really doesn’t matter anyway since it’s a bill and needs to go through the legislative process. I could not readily locate an offical US government document listing copper as critical/strategic.  If you can provide a specific offical “enforceable” document please do so.  

It’s easy to write two or three sentences blasting someone. What is a bit more challenging is to have factual, focused and meaningful discussion. Try it some time.

If you are concerned over the destruction of the planet due to non-US mining and world-wide pollution join an international group and do something. Move to Bolivia, live in a mud hut and poop in hole. Otherwise walk the talk.
