Any idea why they did not release earnings or financial statements on Friday?  Only news release I see if more issuance of stock.  

I have rode this train for a long time as I bought based on Bob McWhiter strong buy recommendation.  Alot of promises of huge potential yet no signs of a steady revenue stream.  

Extending warrants that are excerisable at a $1.00 is a waste of time let alone having to issue a few press releases to do so.  That is equivalent to companies announcing buyback of shares when they have no intent of ever using capital to act.

I will give management one more year to complete and execute their business plan...after that I will need to accept that although they have a great product, management is incapable to execute
