In the sedar report 25 oct 2017, I read this:

"Successfully developing a prototype of CRM-1 into a marketable device may take several years and significant financial resources, and the Company may not achieve this objective."

Is this what the Tier 1 agreement is for?
Or can someone explain if this "problem" is already solved?
