Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

I did not want to withhold my opinion here - copy-paste is such a cool invention!

My opinion read also on FB-Wallstreet Online in German (anyway, lots are reading on both sides).

Question: Sunny Sun and what does it tell tell us now?

That David despite the fact that he is long and well invested with a lot of money (just my suggestion), he has not all the information correctly and not has not made his own picture 100% for now.

Aphria has by far the cheapest $ / kg manufacturing cost of cannabis and will continue to grow and extend that lead with its CoGen and reaching 1 mn sf and later at 2mn or building the 1 mn for Nuuvera so ontop at least 3mn sf alone in Leamington + LHS (345.000sf in late 2018) + Copperstate (appr. 1,6mn sf ready to go) .

The DOJA Tokyo Smoke Association is recreational cannabis while becoming state-of-the-art brand for wealthy people at diverse ages and generations.

Clear objective to change the dirty image and drug sump of cannabis to the mainstream product in all its facets.

In full contrast to Aphria, which are thoroughly pharma driven.

Thus, Aphria will be joined by the many branches

  • Tetra Bio-Pharma,
  • Nuuvera,
  • Scythian Bioscience,
  • Kalytera Therapeutics,
  • Medlab Australia,
  • Bodhi Concussion (might included in Scythian not sure),
  • Green Acre Capital,
  • Liberty Health Sciences,
  • Copperstate Farms,
  • Tokyo Smoke and Now Also
  • DOJA which will be renamed to Hiku
becomes an octopus or magnet that will cover ALL facets of cannabis products.

Vic Neufeld the CEO of Aphria has a strategy that will only gradually become apparent.

Aphria will be hard to be bought out, if at all, I expect Vic to be at least 1-2 years as CEO and pick up a successor from the company's own squad of Cacciavillani or Cervini or to avoid family controversies,
Maybe a completely independent CEO from a well known global corporation.... we will see it for sure how it will be played out!

The verbal attacks of Canopy chief Bruce Linton or Aurora from some executives were nothing but envy and resentment, as they themselves had not the courage to work out the US strategy that does not allow to come into conflict with the law!

Aphria has made this almost impossible - possible!

And if USA legalizes cannabis and if it only releases medical cannabis by downgrading from Schedule 1 to 2 or even 3 - Aphria will outperform both Canopy and Aurora from market capitalization.....

It's just one Signature which the FDA, Jeff Sessions or even the Donald Dumb must set and this could happen in 2018!

Then it gets really funny - and parties do not end anymore.

I'll have to revise the picture someday, before I lose the overview with all the purchases of CEO Vic Neufeld and Aphria ....

He will eventually crowned the Shopping King in 2018 - (teasing)!

A few things you might want to look into.

Fla has more than 7 licenses. I believe the number is 13. It WAS 7 when Aph got it.

The cost per gram in CGC vs Aph are incorrect. You might want to also look at Adjusted Gross Margin which CGC is over $3/gram.

You may want to look into DOJA and TS. These are run by 2 branding DUDES. Both Ivey Biz school grads. Trent has already built a premium men’s underware brand, a winery brand and DOJA is focussing on PREMIUM flower that is hand trimmed. AND IT IS BC BUD. Alan at TS has already been recognized as building TS into a elite brand.

Hiku will be Aph’s Johnny Walker Blue Label. It is a rounding out the portfolio move.

And stay tuned...Vic’s been shopping. If you listen to his interviews he has tipped his hand first about BC and HIKU in interviews in early Dec, and then again very recently in a Windsor Star article.
