RE:RE:RE:RE:Map

RE:RE:RE:RE:MapI think that's a reasonable assessment.

One thing I did notice when I was going through the licenses and searching for a zip/geolocation was that there a number of licenses obrained by companies that are delivery only. No storefront.

So I don't know if they  were prioritized ahead of others because they can readily serve a larger geographic area of the market versus a single store.

Anyway, I'm trying to automate as much as possible to keep the map updated. The exception is trying to find a location for the license owner. I let google try and do it automatically but a lot  of results came back in wrong states.

So that part is hands on and time consuming.

Looking at all the locations where the licenses have been approved shows that LA only has a few approvals. This leads me to believe that the approval system must be a municipal function-----hence San Fran and others seem to be working overtime to facilitate acceptance prior to the advertised start of legalization of MJ while the folks in LA are taking the weekend off and will be slightly slower in the process than other areas of California.

There are 399 licenses approved as of 7pm tonight.

I hope they're paying their employees well.
