LiCo is Punter shorted Golden Goose waiting to explodeAlright Everyone, so some insiders have sold some shares and shorts are starting to build up in the OTC market. Now I don't profess to be an expert but here is my personal assessment of LiCo, good and bad: First the Bad, Coz its always important to assess risks first: Poor Management: The management team is well intended/intentioned and do deserve Kudos for some the deals they have squeezed out but they are definitely not the big hitters and regularly act like a bumbling bunch of buffoons that leads me to much head scratching! Having said that the flipside is 'Glencore! ' Dilution: They are heavily diluted at close to 200 Million shares and that is not going anywhere, there is definitely more dilution coming for additional Capex, drilling and acquisition. This can be typical of small caps that claw for every inch in a competitive environment. Long term we maybe looking at consolidation to bring things together Share prices: Shares have fallen significantly since the near 100% bull run of Nov/Dec. Now shorts have begun to build in the OTC market, they are up 125% and that is definitely a cause for concern if the punters are in no way involved. Insider Selling: This is company that has regularly reflected insider selling, thus the comment regarding the 'bumbling buffoons'. Makes me sometimes question the accuracy of the results and the intelligence of the perps. Having said that all the 'Perps' have significant options at extremely low prices so they are in the green at 6 cents, thus make a million now or maybe 5 Million in a years time, I guess if you can get by with a paltry sum of a one million you may not care too too much. Wow, that is more bad than I thought, there better be some gold at the end of this shaft The Good! The (Lots of Emphasis) RESULTS: Just incase you missed the memo or did not understand what the thing said: For Christ's sake, for humanity's sake, for your sake, the results till date have been insane. Put the results in Perspective with First Cobalt who also have about 200 Million in Shares outstanding at a $1.25 a pop and you start getting a better sense of the gold mine that LiCo can be! Also, The level 5 Research Report in case you believe this whole thing called 'Research' supports the history with the Teledyne project having 100,000 Tons of accessible Cobalt through the existing shaft which is pretty good stuff. The current drill program has reinforced the past figures till date, also very important to remember this whole thing does not include the Glencore Bucke property which puts the 'Insane' in 'Insane Results' By my estimates if the past results are backed up fully under the current drill program we will be looking at insitu values of more than 3 Billion. Yup. Billion with a B. Most of it is was deemed to be accessible with current Infrastructure, that is also a BIG deal. Glencore: Glencore puts the 'Big' in 'Big Hitters' (Last pun, I promise) . Just had to do it coz Glencore lets say is really really big and we have a deal with them, probably coz they were too slow to dig around for potential blue stuff in a Frozen wasteland where lives matter when they got a bunch of guys whose lives don't matter digging stuff up for them in some place warm. Sad that lives matter based on where they are, yes. Are we extremely fortunate, yes. Must we work towards a better world, yes. Moving on. These results put the bottom in line, far (oops! another pun! what can I say, I am a punny guy) far far better than anything in the DRC, so Glencore will most likely be back. "oh wait!" you say "but Abe, what if they find another town that is chalk full of blue stuff, that would make this project less significant, right?" Let me put this in context, China Moly is smelling around Cobalt, Ontario. When people that look different from the local diaspora travel 15,000 miles for blue stuff you better believe they're looking for it and cant find it and need lots of it The deals: Okay, I've been hard on the management team, despite the fact that they've answered all my calls. I mean if you want my money you'll earn it by talking to me and answering all of my questions till I am absolutely satisfied and till you feel like the cops just grilled you for 24 hours straight. So, yes I can be difficult. Truth is I am upset that these insiders know more than me or that some of them sell thier stocks like bumbling buffoons. I think its the second one. Having said that, They deserve Mucho credit for the Glencore Deal and the Teledyne Deal. The Durus Copper deal is also very good on the face of it but not enough has come out of it in terms of data or research yet to accurately gage its value The Punters: Full disclosure, Including Shares and Warrants I have in excess of 300,000 shares of LiCo. I am currently mulling over the idea of adding more. Recently noted shorts on OTC go up 125%.... Now, knowing the results till date, the Glencore Deal, comparable stocks and historical data the rising shorts make no sense whatsoever. In my personal opinion these are from -punters intentionally creating negative price pressure so that they can jump in for big buys because they realize all the pros that I have just pointed out -Ill informed General Public that are shorting based on insider selling that is public info without researching the same There is also some standard negative pressure resulting from the 100% bull run, the recent issue at 8 cents with warrants, the 1.2 mil worth of warrants exercised at 5 and 7 cents. All in all I am going for the ride, even if I get shafted simply because everything points to a golden goose that lays blue eggs at the end of this tunnel
