It is akin to saying "we expect or anticipate or even hope to discuss thins further and for now we agree to discuss this further so we can dicuss things further at a future date" :-)
To much 'reading between the lines' going on here vs just letting the company do its thing and taking into consideration what they are doing...have done...and communicated upon and on.
I said some time ago that PAT had a large opp on hand but was in the heavy lifting stage and
would face head winds regarding legacy systems already in place and that trials involving
tech of this nature as in life working trials are often lengthy in nature to prove out efficacy
then there is a second period where the feasibilty study is conducted (economics)
WHich is not uncommon for "disruptive technology"
