1933 Industries Inc. is a Canada-based cannabis cultivator and producer. The Company is focused on the cultivation and manufacturing of a portfolio of cannabis consumer-packaged goods in a variety of formats for both the wholesale and retail markets. The Company operates through three segments: Alternative Medicine Association LLC (AMA), Infused Mfg LLC (Infused MFG), and Corporate. Its AMA segment is focused on the cultivation and sale of medical and adult use cannabis products. Its Infused MFG segment is focused on the manufacturing of Hemp derived cannabidiol (CBD) products. Its product offerings through its in-house brands, including wholesale flower, pre-rolls, and extracted products under the AMA and Level X brands for the Nevada market; and Canna Hemp, a national CBD brand of wellness products, which include tinctures, gummies, topicals and sports recovery products. The Company owns 91% of AMA, and 100% of Infused MFG LLC Infused.

After these 4 key initiatives are achieved in 2018 (which you can bet it will), it will perfectly align them up for sale to a motivated buyer for top dollars that will warrant in my mind a sp premium between 50 - 75% overnight. The timing is perfect as in a year's time, many more US states will become legalized and the US mid term elections will likely reveal a House or Senate majority with the Democrats who are very much in support of Federal MJ reclassication away from Schedule 1 and recreational MJ legalization. At that time, similar to what the ariticle says has happeed in Canada, you will see more private financing companies eager to lend to US MJ companies for expansion but guess what, TGIF will already have consolidated and grown to become one of the largest and most reputable recreational MJ brands in the US. This will result in a major sp premium to all of us. I would guestimate that the sp this year could reach $5 and if you assume that a takeover occurs after with a conservative 50% premium, we could be looking at TGIF hitting $75 by the end of 2018. Those numbers and scenario's are not fabricated but very likely to occur. So many positives for this stock in 2018 that it will (not can) make many of us multi-millionaires! so cheers to 2018!
