RE:RE:Marijuana + Municipalities against SALT on the roadsThe new bridge is still under Federal juridiction ! Provincial and Municipality pressure could change the way the Federal gov. seeing the Salt issue.

Dont forget many eco-friendly districts (Plateau , Mile-end , Old Port , Tmr ,westount etc ect ) ..

I agree with you , just need to start with 1 or 2 districts and others could follow .
