Dec 25 (reported this week)-- projected at least 100 BCF above 5 year average
Jan 4 (reported Jan 11) -- weather has been far colder than both 5 year and 30 year average in much of the US and Canada, draw likely larger than Dec 25
Jan 11 -- Frigid weather through most of this as well with Jan 8/9 expected to be in the average range and everything else well below
... and weather into mid Jan is forecast to be dropping below average again on the east coast and midwest.
The cold extends to other areas as well with Texas, NC and west coast at below seasonal temps. There are a few areas a bit warmer than average such as Colorado. However, overall the next two weeks (at least) look like they'll have high heating consumption. I think we'll be under the 5 year average storage on next report and will stay there a good while.
