I have seen the clearest example with trading of Namaste (N.c)
They held it down at 22 to 23 cents for weeks with millions of shares at each ask.
And then suddenly 5 "news" came out in a span of 1 month and the share price is at 20x where they held it! Yes it happens all the time and nobody does anything about it.
This has that same make up.
