RE:RE:RE:TD I have Scotia and Qtrade. Qtrade I use the most - FREE Level 2, Trades so far have been almost instantaneous. Called last Thursday at noon and had to wait 5 minutes which probly wasn't bad considering the current market and 8.75 trades. They also give $25. for a referal to the referee and the referred.
