Novo Resources Corp. is a gold explorer focused on discovering gold projects. I am not an expert in mining, but it seems that there are three critical pieces: discovery/geology, brazen promotion, and production. It seems to me that among the various personalities QH is the discovery guy... DL is the brazen promotion guy... and ES is the production guy (rather, KL Engineering staff is the production 'guy' and ES is the strategy + risk-taking guy). So while I'm long NVO/KL/ARV, I subscribe to the TxR theory that the combination of the companies is more powerful. Think of Seabiscuit -- the right owner + the right trainer + the right jockey = Legend.
