Glad to see that somebody actually read within my email in regard to the measurables are and just what the process is of the technology cycle is.
The prefered one is usually the DoD (Department of Defence) varient or the ESA (European Space Agency)

I believe that this gives investors a great eye opener to the process and sub processes to get something like PATSCAN to fruition. Also doubles down on my comment in regard to the focus is now upon the techs to do their thing.
