RE:Precarious situation for Minority Shareholders

RE:Precarious situation for Minority Shareholders All true in terms of the GLEN BoD motivations but ... is this really a bad state of affairs for KAT shareholders ? Virtually everyone currently holding shares is looking at a min 2 bagger already. min 3X bagger in the event of a buy out from GLEN. Many stand to make 8-12X their initial investments ( e.g. my first block of shares were purchased at .33 ) in the event of a buyout. Lots bought in \ back in between .50 - > .65 when the first reassessment news hit the street and trading was stopped. ANother large batch of your current shareholders did it again when the price tumbled from 1.43 -> .90 just 6 weeks ago when the reassessmnet details were announced.

You may feel its worth more than the $3.25-4 you'd be offered  tomorrow if GLEN came calling and you might be right but ...I wager the majority of shareholders would be happy to take those massive profits ( which in many cases have come over a very short period of time)  and move on. Thus eliminating and fears \ issues down the road about the DRC + operating risks.

We're in this game to hit home runs like that and it seems petty and greedy to worry about the difference between a 10 bagger now and a potentail 20 bagger 2-3 years from now.
