RE:RE:Precarious situation for Minority Shareholders

RE:RE:Precarious situation for Minority Shareholders Agreed # ch1nmuzak. Just allerting the troops to a likely M&A action.

Two further things to consider:

1. Yes, we are all in the money here - some more than others - which therefore means it would be a good play for GLEN to lowball us now, rather than pay up later.

I am stating this as given our positive ownership situations - as you too have outlined - a lowball would likely garner a high rate of sucess with lots of shares being tendered rather than Retailers hanging on (for that eventual valuation commensurate with final 2019 production). It would be a relatively easy hunt; and

2. BUT - if something does happen and we are bid, then I will have a problem deploying the proceeds. I don't mean to be cheeky here, but assets like KAT's (massive grade & massive scale) just don't occur elsewhere, nevermind owning them as modern mines (look at Northern Dynesty). So for my (large), single focus on Co, I (still) want my KAT shares please.

That being said, my 12 month target on this stock is $4.47 being roughly an $8.5 Billion valuation. With the world only now really waking up to the slow death of the internal combustion engine - vehicular electrification - the "once-in-a-hundred-year-event" we're all now part of, we might actually get there this year. After all, these are early days.

So we climb the wall of worry...

These are my views only. Thanks for reading.
