They don't need 50%, they need 67%. In regards to the deal, if ACB had of simply made the offer of 4.5 shares for every CMED share based on tnemrpicesof both when they made the offer, it would have been done and dusted, and we would all be moving on to other plays. They chose to try to be bully's, and they are going to fail.
