RE:Acb takeoverThey can't acquire more than 5% of CMED's outstanding shares on the open market - on top of the locked up shareholders, that is.  So, yes, they will have about 41% of CMED's votes come voting day.  However, that number changes drastically if the HIP acquisition goes through.  In that case, ACB would only hold 41% of current CMED shareholders' approximately 64.5% of shares in the merged CMED/HIP entity, which would amount to about 26.5% of the overall vote. 

The ACB takeover hinges on what happens with the HIP acquisition in the next few weeks.
