Harte Gold Corp is engaged in the acquisition and exploration of mineral resource properties. It is focused on gold properties located in the province of Ontario, Canada. The company's exploration projects consist of sugar zone property and Stoughton Abitibi property. The Sugar Zone Property is located approximately 80 kilometers east of the Hemlo gold camp on the north shore of Lake Superior. It includes approximately 4 mining leases and 336 unpatented mining claims. In addition, it also consists of approximately 29,435 hectares within the Sault Ste. The Stoughton Abitibi property is located approximately 110 kilometers east of Timmins and 50 kilometers northeast of Kirkland Lake.

Relax chicken little, the sky is not falling. This is hardly a nasty divorce. SR and Flach go WAY back and have been making millions or maybe billions for over 30 years together.

When you think about it it is a logical time for the deck chairs to start to shuffle. All the holes have been poked and tested... In the coming days, weeks and months we will find out what they've been able to prove up. Might be great, might no be. SR has already said it is over a million oz. How much over time will tell. With the large investors in place now their are a few extra hands on the wheel.

It is pretty likely that the new investors could have some influence on these positions....

By Flach staying on for a year as a consultant I think that is a pretty good indication we are about to have rather eventful year! At his age i'd trade the core shack for some white sand beaches and the occaisional email update!
