JUJU.A Own the Marley brand Altria owns "Marley" name
JUJU.A Own the Marley brand Altria owns "Marley" nameI have been reading up on all the public filings. I now plan to hold some of this stock for a longer term play. It is a bit different then your average cannabis stock. This one is a involved in licensing the Julian Marley name and developing the JUJU Royal Ultra Premium Cannabis brand. International Cannabrands Inc. hold the exclusive naming rights, branding and intellectual property. Altria cigarette giant sneakily holds the rights to the Marley name and have defended it in court in Europe against the Marley family. JUJU Royal has the Marley family's full support. They have many deals already inked one of the biggest is with Maricann for Canadian sales rights and first refusal for Western Europe rights. They are working to create beverages and through Maricann have signed a deal with ABLE (BC private liquior store lobby group to supply their stores. They also are developing edible products with some on the shelves already in Colorado. Their CBD only containing products including vape cartriges and sublingual tablets are already being sold in the UK and the US. Not yet in Canada as we will be way behind on the edibles and vapor markets. Canada is also behind with strick rules on marketing in the bill C-45 proposed rules but that is likely to be less restrictive soon. The real story though is in the US where JUJU Royal is already on the shelves in, Porto Rico, Colorado, Oregon, Florida, Washington, and California. They will announce any day now the arrival of their products into Nevada which could cause a nice stock price spike. JUJU.A signed a deal with Blackball for marketing all types of merchandise as well. They are developing RastaPup CBD pet treats as well which are soon to hit the market. They plan to license the JUJU Royal dispensaries too 2 concept stores being created currently. I see they have spent some money producing a Viceworld video that doesn't seem to have aired yet so it should bring more exposure. As well International Cannabrands just hired CFN Media to conduct a four-month investor and market visibility program beginning on December 18, 2017 that should be just getting started so I believe a lot more people will soon be getting exposed to the JUJU.A ticker soon. Technically it is looking great closing at new highs and showing a lot of strength tracking the upper Bollinger band nicely, but not ran up ridiculously yet. There are very little shares out there for sale currently which can help this bad boy spike hard like VGW if all the supply gets bought up. Oh yeah also they are currently developing original names strains of cannabis (crossed with famous Jamacian landrace strain and Marley favorite ''Lambs bread") that they can patented then JUJU.A can license the strains to growers around the world and collect the revenue streams. Current cultivars include JUJU OG, Heavenly Hights, Lions Domain and Jungle Cheese with more being curated by Julian Marley. Bob Marley's estate is the #5 top grossing celebrity and that is soon to grow a few notches soon I think look out Elvis the Marley's are gunning for your spot lol. Down the road I see big beverage deals and maybe tabacco or big pharma buy out. Even if the dry flower market gets saturated in the coming years JUJU.A could benefit from growers wanting to add instant value to their commodity. Any thing I missed? Oh yeah the ".A" in JUJU.A stands for common share which make up 99% of shares with the few voting shares not trading. Might be a good dividend stock in the future as well I would imagine with the licensing model. Less risk in my opinion to sit back and collect the licensing cheques then building massive grows on debt hoping the dried flower prices hold firm. If you were to buy who would you rather have cannanbis curated by a true Rastafarian son of Bob Marley who blazes every day, or some guys in suits who have never touched the plant? https://jujuroyal.net No I am not being payed by them but I should be! lol Hopefully I was able to expand a few members knowledge into a fairly new stock JUJU.A Check out all their papers on sedar. Good luck all.
