Really not sure ... but I thought you might find this post from VENMan regarding FIRE's valuation (I actually bookmarked it a while back):
https://www.stockhouse.com/companies/bullboard?symbol=c.sl&postid=27043327

What I like is that the debenture was done at  8% interest, and it's all in the money, take a look:

2017-11-20 20:40 ET - Private Placement - Debenture

The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to a non-brokered private placement announced Oct. 18, 2017.

Convertible debenture:  $40.25-million
Conversion price:  convertible into shares at $1.60 of principal outstanding

Maturity date:  two years from the date of issuance

Warrants:  12,598,250 detachable warrants (Each warrant will have a term of three years from the date of issuance of the notes and entitle the holder to purchase one common share. The warrants are exercisable at the price of $1.80.)

Interest rate:  8 per cent

So the June 30 Financial Statements show $57 million Cash. They have a debenture for $31.7 million that converts for $1.30 with $42 million warrants that convert for $1.70; even at 19% interest they are better off converting to common stock.

So the way I look if all this debenture stuff converts to common shares the common stock would increase to 267 million outstanding shares but the cash would increase to $162 Million cash or 61 cents per share. Thats only 3.28 times our cash. If we trade at a reasonable 6 times cash we are at $3.66 per share. Wow, am I missing something here? Because if this is true we are not going up on hype but on value! If we trade beyond $3.66 per share to say $6 or $7 then I would agree we are trading on hype. Wow $2.08 seems cheap! ALL IMO! DYODD!
