i am going through spin out right now. Check out phm and vmd. Depends on how the market reacts to the spin out aftr it happens. The process was long as well. U xanreview all the NR and charts for yurself. In the end lets jst say that the phm/vmd spinout worked out ju$$$t fine for me. Will be intresting to see what short term brings.
