You just don't get it do you?

They had to maintain their NYSE listing in order to hold their US institutional investors. If they let the listing lapse, or transfer to the OTC as you suggest, the institutions would have been forced to dump their millions of shares into the open market.

Perhaps you should jump into that Kmart cart.
