It's a lot of bluster, sound and fury...signifying nothing

Jeff Sessions has a personal vendetta.  He's an antiquated, reefer-madness era thinker and his powers have been gutted by his fellow politicians.  However, he knows with just a stutter of his high-pitched lilting hobbit voice, he can shake the markets up and hit people where it hurts - in their investments.

However after all this noise and momentary panicking (for which we are already seeing a cool recovery)  the rec states and medical states are desperately in need of these tax dollars and there is absolutely no way they will give up this battle.   Sessions is effectively toothless but he sure likes to growl and bark and scare the kids.  

So, the kids are running away while the adults are looking around shaking their heads thinking "discount!"

It's unnerving to see a sell-off but wasn't it unnerving to see it soar just as much?  We take it all in and think bigger picture.  Longer term, we know where this is moving and the US states and the voters are all in alignment.  Session is an ancient bit of dust on the American landscape and he and his ilk will be gone soon enough and this will allow the serious businesses to really build a trench around themselves.
 

What Americans and the US Congress need to recognize though is that this toothless barking from this little yapping dog Sessions will never fully stop until everyone recognizes this MUST be removed from SCHEDULE I.  Period.  Sessions is allowed to make this noise because the dopes who are 'lawmakers' still have this medicinal plant on par with Meth, Coke and heroin.   We have to get this moved off in 2018 and maybe, just maybe when GW Pharma gets their cannabis-based epilepsy drug (and a host of other treatments) reviewed by the FDA, the Feds will wake up and resolve this for the greater good.
